Aging is Cool courses will help you to Stay Strong, Smart & Social.  Many people join to get fit but find the greatest benefit is the people they meet along the way.

South Austin

Dripping Springs

South Austin classes

We have been offering classes in South Austin since 2017. Fitness classes are held at Balance Dance Studio, 4544 S Lamar Blvd #200/#300, Austin, TX 78745 (not far from Central Market South.) Other activities are offered at varying sites in South Austin. Each month you have access to 18-20 classes for $24 a month.  

Dripping Springs classes

Classes in Dripping Springs will begin in April 2019 in partnership with the City of Dripping Springs Parks and Recreation department. Most classes will be held at Dripping Springs Ranch Park, 1042 Event Center Dr, Dripping Springs, TX 78620 with some activities held in other locations around town. We will begin with 10-12 class offerings a month for $20.
